1. Administrative Officer (Vacancy No. 18071401428)

Central Sheep Breeding Farm, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.

Posts: 01 (General) - The post is permanent

Pay Scale: Level-10 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted Non-Ministerial.

Age Limit: 35 years

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL:

(A) EDUCATIONAL: Bachelor’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent. (B) EXPERIENCE: Five years’ experience of Administration, Accounts and Establishment work in Government Offices at a supervisory level.

NOTE-I: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

NOTE-II: The qualifications regarding experience are relaxable at the discretion of Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, if at any stage of selection the UPSC is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the posts reserved for them.

2. Scientist ‘B’ (Toxicology) (Vacancy No. 18071402228)

Pay Scale: Level-10 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted Non-Ministerial.

Age Limit: 35 years.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL:

(A) EDUCATIONAL: Master’s Degree in Chemistry / AIC by examination / Biochemistry / harmacology / Pharmacy / Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized University.

(B) EXPERIENCE: Three years experience of analytical methods and research therein in the field of Toxicology in any Central Government or State Government organization or recognized research institute or Forensic Science Laboratory under the Central or State Government.

DESIRABLE: Experience of working in a Forensic Science Laboratory.

3. Assistant Legislative Counsel (Vacancy No. 18071403228)

(Grade-IV of Indian Legal Service), Legislative Department, Ministry of Law and Justice

Posts: 01 (General). The post is permanent.

Pay Scale: Level-11 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC. The post is Group ‘A’, Gazetted and belongs to Grade-IV of Indian Legal Service.

Age Limit: 40 years.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL:

(A) EDUCATIONAL: A person shall not be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment to a duty post in Grade IV, unless he holds a Degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent and unless he has been a member of a State Judicial Service for a period of not less than seven years or has held a superior post in the legal department of a State for a period of not less than seven years or a Central Government servant who has had experience in legal affairs for not less than seven years or possesses a Master’s Degree in Law and has had teaching or research experience in Law for not less than five years or is a qualified legal practitioner of not less than 30 years.

4. Psychologist (Vacancy No. 18071404428)

Pay Scale: Level-7 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL:

(A) EDUCATIONAL: Master's Degree in Psychology of a recognized university or equivalent.

(B) EXPERIENCE: Three years’ experience in the application of psychological technique or counselling, guidance rehabilitation / training / teaching of handicapped persons.
