CTET Syllabus and Paper Pattern

NCERT will start conducting a dedicated exam for teacher recruitment from 2011. Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will be held for the first time on June 26, 2011. The test will have two papers to selected teachers for Primary Classes and Elementary Classes. You may already know that all CBSE schools used to recruit teacher via KVS Teacher Recruitment Exams. CTET has been planned to replace KVS PGT / TGT / PRT Test. You can expect the same pattern and level of difficulty from the exam. We hope that this syllabus will help you guide your preparation.
