NABARD stands for National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. It is the highest development financial institution in India. It provided financial assistance for Rural Development and Agriculture Activities.

NABARD Development Officer Recruitment exam is a very challenging test for any candidate. The questions can vary covering a fairly large syllabus. Just like IBPS the selection process has been based on two levels of tests. The Preliminary Exam of 100 marks decides which candidates are selected for the Main Exam. The difficulty level of the exam has increased in the last years to eliminate maximum number of candidates from the selection process.

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University/Institutions with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD candidates)

Duration: 60 minutes

Each section will have a specific cut-off. You need to score more than the overall cut-off in addition to the sectional cut-off. Only those candidates who clear the cut-off will be allowed to sit for the NABARD Main Exam.


NABARD DA Main Exam Pattern:

The main exam has both objective type questions and a descriptive test. The details of the exam structure are:

Total Number of Questions: 150 in Objective Test (+ Subjective Test of English)

Total Marks: 150 marks for Objective Test (+50 Marks of Subjective Test)

Duration: 90 minutes for the Objective Tests (+30 minutes of Descriptive Tests)

Nature of the Test: Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions + Subjective Test of English
