If you applied for IBPS CWE, you will have to download the call letter for the written exam. IBPS does not send call letters by post. The call letter contains the date, time and venue address for the written test. You need to print the call letter and take it to the examination center on the date of the exam.

Go through the instruction below to know how to download the call letter.

1. Check you e-mail

IBPS sends the call letters by e-mail, about 15 days before the exam. You should check you e-mail regularly. Make sure you check you spam mail or the junk mail folder also, sometimes the mail is sent to spam.

2. Download from IBPS Website
If you did not get the mail, or you are not able to download the attachment for some reason, you download your call letter from the link available on the IBPS website www.ibps.in by entering your Registration Number and Password. You may also enter your Date of Birth if you forgot the password.

In addition to the call letter, IBPS make available the "Acquaint Yourself Booklet". You should study it carefully
