    Respected sir,
I really admire the creative and innovative ideas of yours for improving the standard of education specially project parho punjab.Recently it came to my knowledge that teachers from Elementary schools will have been appointed as Block Master Trainee (B.M.T.) to observe the performance as well as application of Project Parho Punjab.
Sir it is my humble request to you , not to appoint B.M.T.from the school having more strength (more than 60) with inadequate staff (only 2 teachers). because such appoinments will adversely influence the performance of schools from where B.M.T.s have appointed. Even if we provide teachers to such schools at a pay scale of Rs.2500 even then we cannot inspire them to discharge their obligations in desired manner. It is very difficult for single teacher to manage the school with more than 60 students alongwith an untrained as well as inexperienced teacher.I want to bring your kind attention toward this fact just to preserve the success of Project Parho Punjab.
