Government of Haryana have decided to make the recruitment of Medical Officer HCMS-II a continuous, on going process in which applications from qualified candidates would be entertained through out the year. Interviews for eligible candidate would be conducted by the department on regular intervals depending on the need and number of vacancies. Qualified candidates are, thus, encouraged to apply anytime to the Director General Health Services, Haryana. Haryana Government has further decided to pay special incentives to MBBS doctors and also doctors with diploma/PG qualifications in six specialities if they render services in rural PHCs and CHSs. MBBS doctors serving in rural PHCs and CHCs would get an additional incentive of Rs 5000/- per month. In case they serve in Mewat or Morni they would receive a higher incentive of Rs 10000/- per month. Doctors with diploma/PG qualifications in six specialities i.e. Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Gynae, Ortho and Anaesthesia would receive a special incentive of Rs 15000/- per month while working in rural CHCs and Rs 25000/r per month if serving in Mewat and Morni. Essential Academic Qualifications

1. Graduate in Medicine and Surgery of a recognised University or any recognised equivalent degree of any other university or institution recognised by the Medical Council of India,
2. Must be registered with Haryana or Punjab Medical Council or with any other duly constituted Medical Council in India,
3. Adequate knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit

Preferred:

(i) Post-graduate qualifications and experience in Professional work.

(ii) Service in rural areas

General Instructions: A candidate should not be less than 22 years and not more than 40 years as on 1.10.2008 Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Backward classes of Haryana would be entitled to 5 years' relaxation in age. How to apply:-

Application form may be obtained from the office of Director General, Health Services, Haryana, Sector-6 Panchkula on payment of Rs. 250/- for General Category & dependent of ESM candidates, on payment of Rs. 125/- for SC/ST of all States and BC/PH/ESM Persons of Haryana only in the form of Cash/Bank Draft in favour of Director General Health Services, Haryana, Panchkula payable at Panchkula.

Candidate seeking application form by post should send their request before 30-9-2008 and pay an additional amount of Rs. 50/- for General Category & dependent of ESM candidates (i.e. Total Rs. 300/-) and Reserve category Candidates (i.e. Total Rs. 175/-) name, post applied for, address and category should be written on the reverse of the demand draft. Application form can be obtained from the website of Health Department Haryana on www.haryanahealth.nic.in . But the prescribed fee will have to be deposited by demand draft or I.P.O in favour of Director General Health Services, Haryana, payable at Panchkula. Application must reach in the o/o Director General, Health Services, Haryana, Panchkula on or before 15.10.2008 for this particular batch of vacancies. Applications received later than 15.10.2008 would be considered for vacancies which would arise subsequently.
