I. Jr. Engineer-I (Electrical) (JEN):

Number of Posts: 918

Age Limit (as on March 31, 2009): 21-35 years

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800

Qualification: Bachelor of Engineer in Electrical branch with 60% marks or AMIE (Electrical) with 55% marks.

Application Fee:

General: Rs. 1000

OBC: Rs.750

SC/ST/PH: Rs.500

II. Technical Helper:

Number of Posts: 993

Reservation: UR-455, SC-144, ST-100, OBC-180

Age Limit (as on March 31, 2009): 18-28 years

Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200

Qualification: Qualification: Secondary pass and ITI/ NAC (NCVT/ SCVT) in Surveyor/ Electrician/ Power Electrician/ SB trade with 60% marks.

Probation Period:

There will be an initial probation period for the first two years, the candidates will be posted on Probationary Trainee and will be paid consolidated pay of Rs.10000/- for Jr. Engineer and Rs.5900/- for Technical Helper.
