Punjab Computer Teachers Recruitment 2012: 700 Posts

Punjab Communication and Information Technology Education Society (PICTES), Government of Punjab invites Online Application for the posts of Computer Teachers on contractual basis in all the district of Punjab in ICT Project.

The contract term will be one year initially and can be renewed. These posts will be made regular after continuous service for three years based on performance and other terms and conditions.

December 31, 2011 (by 5 PM)

Written Test Date:

February 05, 2012

 

Computer Teachers:

Posts: 700 (Tentative)

 

Qualification for Computer Teachers:

3 years Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology or

BCA or

B.Sc. (IT/CS/ Internet Science) or

BIT or

DOEACC 'B' level or

BE/B.Tech. (IT / Computer Science) or

BACM Or

B.Sc. (Information System. Science) or

BMIT or

AMIE examination of IETE in Computer Science & Engg. Or

MCA or

M.Sc. (CS/ IT/ Software/ Software System) or

MIS or

MIT or

M.Tech. (Computer Science) or

M.Sc. (Networking and Protocol Designing), M.Sc. (IT, LE)

with at least 50% marks.

Note: Candidates must have passed Punjabi in Matric or onwards. Candidates should be resident of Pubjab State.

Age Limit for Computer Teachers:

18-37 years (as on Jan 01, 2011)

Age relaxation provided as per govt. rules.

Pay Scale for Computer Teachers:

During contract: Rs. 1000 pm (in lumpsum)

After Regularization: Vocational Master Grade (around Rs. 30000 pm)

 

Computer Teachers Selection Procedure:

A written test will be conducted on June 13, 2010 at Amrtisar, Bhatinda, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Sangrur, Mohali from 11.00 am to 12.00 noon.

      Hello friends, to all those candidates who have applied for the post of computer teachers under PICTES,if you want the syllabus,go to http://www.ssapunjab.org and then under "PICTES" go to 2009-2010 info. you will find out the syllabus there.

      i was also very confused last year abt the syllabus when i had to appear for the exam.fortunately i cleared it and now i am working as a computer teacher under PICTES.
