NHPC is looking for the following position under Special Recruitment Drive to Fill up Backlog Vacancies of Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) and Physically Disabled Persons

Pay Scale / Compensation Package:

Rs. 8600 - 14600 (IDA) (E-2) (The pay scales are due for revision with effect from Jan 01, 2007)

at the basic pay of Rs. 8600/- during one year training. On successful completion of the training period they will be placed as Accounts Officer in the pay scale of Rs. 10750 - 16750 (IDA) (E-2A) (under revision) with probation period of one year.

Placement:

Candidates will be placed, in various parts of the country or abroad, at Projects / Power Stations/ Offices including Joint Ventures & Subsidiary Companies of NHPC.

Selection Process:

Registered candidates will have to appear for Personal Interview. The interview will be held at our Corporate Office, Faridabad (Haryana).

Application Fee:

OBC candidates: Rs. 250 through Demand Draft only in favour of "NHPC Limited" payable at Faridabad / New Delhi. They are advised to submit D.D. at the time of Interview only. No other mode of payment will be accepted. No registration fee will be charged from SC/ST & PH candidates.

Service Agreement Bond:

The selected candidates of OBC, PH (Gen/OBC) category will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 2.50 lacs and for SC/ST/PH(SC/ST) Rs. 1.25 lacs to successfully complete a minimum period of four years of service in the corporation including the period spent on training.
