Pay Scale: Rs. 16000-400-20800
Age Limit: 40 years
2. Management Trainee:
Posts: 33 (Technical: 08, HR: 06, Marketing: 05, Finance: 11, Engg.: 03)
Stipend: Rs.10000 for initial first year. On successful completion, the Trainee will be placed in the Scale of Rs.6550-200-11350 with one increment.
Age Limit: 28 years
3. Supervisors (Technical):
Posts: 25
Pay Scale: Rs. 6000-160-10000
Age Limit: 28 years

In form of a demand draft drawn in favour of National Textile Corporation Ltd. on any Nationalised Bank payable at New Delhi.
