National Bal Bhavan Invites Applications for recruitment to the post of Junior Instructor (Animal & Fish Corner). (Unreserved)

Eligibility:

Essential:

(i) B.Sc. (hons.) Zoology/Botany/B.Sc. Veterinary Science/B.Sc. General Group ‘B’ from a recognized university.

(ii) Proficiency/experience/interest in handling birds/mammals and fish.

Desirable: Interest in other media of expression. Aptitude for development of creativity and innovations.

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience of working with children. Good knowledge of English and Hindi.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 5,200-20,200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/-.

Age Limit: 1. 30 years (as on last date of receipt of applications) for general candidates.

2. Upper age limit will be relaxed for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category as per Govt. Rules

3. Upper age limit for persons with disabilities shall be relaxable by 10 years (15 years for SCs/STs and 13 years for OBCs) as per Govt. Rules.

Note 1: The Part Time Instructors working in Bal Bhavan Kendras under the National Bal Bhavan with 10 years service will be given due weightage in age relaxation if they fulfill the essential qualifications.

Note 2: The Post is temporary but likely to continue indefinitely subject to the decision of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in a court case (CWP No. 18397/2006).

Note 3: Candidates already employed in Central/State Government/Autonomous bodies should send their application through proper channel only.
