I. Development Assistants (DA)
Vacancies: 162
Educational Qualification (as on March 01, 2011):
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification from any recognised University or its equivalent grade. Knowledge of operating Computer is essential.
Pay Scale:
Rs. 5450 - 14200
II. Pharmacist
Vacancies: 04
Educational Qualification (as on March 01, 2011):
A pass in matriculation or 10th standard of 10+2+3 pattern or an equivalent examination and a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised Board or University and should be Registered Pharmacist as required under Section 29 and 30 of the Pharmacy Act 1948. Candidates with previous experience in the field will be preferred. Knowledge of operating Computer is essential.

Rs. 6750 - 14200
Age Limit - for Both Posts (as on March 01, 2011):
18 to 26 years
Application Fee:
SC/ ST/ PWD: Rs. 50/-
Others: Rs. 250/-
Lin through to www.nabard.org and fill up the Format of Challan available in Payment Option. The Challan which will have 3 parts may then be printed by the applicant and submitted at any branch of State Bank of India alongwith the required amount of fees.
How to Apply:
The eligible applicants are required to apply only online through website www.nabard.org. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
Selection Procedure:
The selection will be in two stages for Development Assistant and Pharmacists:
Phase I: Written Test
Paper I - Objective (95 Minutes, 200 Qs, 200 Marks)
1. General Intelligence (50 Qs, 50 marks)
2. Test of English Language (50 Qs, 50 marks)
3. Test of Numerical Ability (50 Qs, 50 marks)
4. Test of Clerical and Computer Aptitude (50 Qs, 50 marks)
Negative Marks: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answers.
Paper II - Descriptive Examination (60 Minutes, 3 Qs, 50 Marks)
1. English Language: General English for testing analytical and drafting ability of a candidate through precise/ letter/ report writing etc.
Phase II: Interview
Applicants qualifying in the Phase-I Examination and securing sufficiently high rank in State-wise merit list shall be short-listed for interview.
The final selection and ranking of the applicants will be based on their performance in both papers of written examination (i.e. Paper I and Paper II) and interview, taken together.
