IOCL has announced recruitment of Junior Operators Grade I, Junior Chargeman Grade III and Boiler Operator Grade III.

1. Jr. Operator (Driving)

Age Limit (as on Nov 01, 2011):

26 years [relaxation as per rules]

Qualifications:

SSC with Heavy Motor Vehicle driving license

Experience:

Minimum 2-year experience in Heavy vehicle driving for General, OBC & 16 months for SC/ST in an organization/ factory.

 

2. Jr. Operator:

Age Limit (as on Nov 01, 2011):

26 years [relaxation as per rules]

Qualifications:

SSC with ITI certificate in one of the following trades:

Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant), Electrical, Electrician, Mechanical, Equipment Mechanical, Mechanical Equipment (Chemical), Maintenance Mechanic (Chemical), Attendant Operator (Chemical), Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Machinist, Fitter, Marine fitter.

Experience:

Minimum 1-year experience in relevant field for General, OBC & 8 months for SC/ST in an organization/ factory.

3. Jr. Chargeman:

Qualifications:

Diploma in Engineering in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical.

Experience:

Minimum 1-year experience in relevant field for General, OBC & 8 months for SC/ST in an organization/ factory.

4. Boiler Operator:

Qualifications:

Diploma in Engineering in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical and First class Boiler Attendants Certificate as required under Indian Boilers Act and rules 1923 valid for the state applied.

Experience:

Minimum 1-year experience in relevant field for General, OBC & 8 months for SC/ST in an organization/ factory.

 

Age Limit (as on Nov 01, 2011):

26 years [relaxation as per rules]

 

Pay Scale:

Grade-I: Rs. 10500 – 24500

Grade-III: Rs. 11900 – 32000

 

Note: You need not apply if you have a professional degree like graduate in Engineering/ Post graduate degree in Management/ MBA/ MCA etc.

 

Selection Procedure:

The selection to all the positions mentioned above will be made on the basis of a Written Test followed by Interview. The syllabus for the written test is:

1. General Intelligence
2. General Knowledge
3. Simple Mathematics

A Trade test will also be conducted for Junior Operator - Driving.
