Educational Qualification:
Group X:
B.A. B.Ed. OR B.Sc. B.Ed. OR MA OR M.Sc. from any recognised university.
Group Y:
BA or B.Sc. without B.Ed. from any recognised university.
The candidate for enrolment should have working knowledge of either English or Hindi or both and should have graduated from a recognised university with at least two of the following subjects at the graduation level:
(a) B.Sc.: (i) Mathematics (ii) Physics (iii) Chemistry (iv) Botany (v) Zoology (vi) Electronics (vii) Computer Science.
(b) B.A.: (i) English Literature (ii) Hindi Literature (iii) Urdu Literature (iv) History (v) Geography (vi) Political Science (vii) Economics (viii) Psychology (ix) Mathematics (x) Sociology.
Pay Scale:
PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.288 plus Millitary Service Pay Rs.2000 and other allowances.
Selection Procedure:
Selection will be in following steps
(i) Physical Fitness Test and
(ii) Medical Standards and
(iii) Written Test Syllabus and Pattern:
Candidates selected in the screening and are medically fit will be permitted to appear in the written examination which will be conducted on at HQ Recruiting Zone/ IRO Delhi Cantt on July 05, 2009.
The written examination will consist of one composite paper of 3 hours duration, composed of the following parts:
(i) Part I: (Compulsory for all candidates): It will consist of Section 'A' and Section 'B'.
Section 'A' will have questions on General English of 10+2 level.
Section 'B' will have questions on General Knowledge of appropriate standard.
Max Marks for each section -25, Pass Marks for each section - 10
(ii) Part II (Science of B.Sc. Standard): Compulsory for M.Sc./B.Sc. candidates. This part is further sub-divided into four sections covering Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidates will be required to attempt questions from at least two sections.
Max Marks for each section - 25, Pass Marks for each section - 10
(iii) Part III (Humanities of B.A. Standard): Compulsory for M.A./B.A. candidates. This part is further sub-divided into four sections covering History, Geography, Political Science and Economics. Candidates will be required to attempt questions from atleast two sections.
Max Marks for each section - 25, Pass Marks for each section - 10
(b) M.A./B.A. candidates with Mathematics may attempt questions from Mathematics Section of Part II and atleast one more section of Part III.
(c) Candidates are required to pass separately in Section 'A' and Section 'B' of part I. In addition, passing individually in any two sections of part II / part III is mandatory.
(d) Answer may be given in only English or Hindi.
After this written examination those who will be declared successful in the written exam will called for interview and training aptitude test at Panchmarhi (MP)
Candidates are required to submit their duly filled application Form along with all required documents as per the format duly suprscribed "APPLICATION FOR HAVILDAR EDUCATION" on the top outer cover of the envelope to the Headquarter Recruitment Zone/ IRO Delhi Cantt of which the individual is domicile of and that he has to appear for written examination from same HQ Recruitment Zone only.
