1. Financial Controller
1 Post (General)
Age Limit: 50 Years
Pay Scale: Rs.l5600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay Rs. 7600/-
a) Under Direct Recruitment
Degree from a recognized University
OR equivalent with CA/ ICWA/ CS/ MBA (Finance) / SAS / JAO (Examination conducted by C&AG / CGA)
Experience: 12 years experience in respect of CA/IGWA/CS/MBA (Finance) qualified (15 years experience in respect of SAS/JAO qualified and conversant with commercial accounts) related to financial/accounts /budgetary control matters in Govt., Autonomous Bodies
OR Commercial Organization/Industry of repute out of which 7 years at a supervisory responsible position (at least 3 years in immediate lower scale of pay of Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay 6600/-
OR equivalent).
b) Under Deputation
In case of deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/other Govt. Organization:
1) holding analogous post on regular basis: OR
having 5 years regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-
OR equivalent and 1 having experience of working in Government, Autonomous Bodies
OR commercial organization/industry of repute are conversant with commercial accounts related to financial/accounts/budgetary control matters.
2) Possessing qualifications prescribed for Direct Recruitment.
2. Sr. Systems Analyst
3 Posts (General: 2, OBC: 1)
Age Limit: 35 Years
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100(PB-3) with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
1st Class B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication/IT) recognised equivalent qualification with not less than 65% marks with 5 years experience /M.E./M.Tech (Compute Science/Electronics & Communication/IT) with 3 years experience. Out of this at least three years experience should be in the just next lower
OR equivalent grade for those working in Govt./Autonomous Bodies/PSUs in Public/Private sector
OR Ph.D wit 1 year experience.
3. Name of Position: Accounts Officer
2 Posts (General)
Age Limit: 35 Years
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100(PB-3) with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) /SAS/JAO (Examination conducted by C&AG/CGA) with 5 years experience in the relevant field
OR Post Graduation Degree in Commerce from recognized university with 8 years experience in responsible position in the area of commercial, finance and accounts preferably in a Govt. Organization
OR Degree in Commerce from recognized university with 10 years experience in responsible position in the area of commercial, finance and accounts preferably in a Govt. Organization.
4. Systems Analyst

Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100(PB-3) with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication/IT) /recognised equivalent qualification with not less than 65% marks
OR MCA/DOEACC 'B' Level with 65% marks with 2 years experience
OR M.E./M.Tech (Computer Science/Electronics & Communication / IT).
5. Jr. Programmer
10 Posts (General: 5, OBC: 2, SC: 2, ST: 1)
Age Limit: 35 Years
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800(PB-2) with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- (Pre-revised scale of Rs. 5500-9000)
Essential Qualification & Experience:
B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / Electronics & Communication / IT)
OR equivalent / DOEACC 'B' Level
OR MC A/MSc (Computer/IT/Electronics) with atleast 60% marks
OR BC A with 5 years experience.
6. Receptionist/Front Office Counselor
1 Post (General)
Age Limit: 27 Years
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2) with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
Graduate from a recognized university OR equivalent with 5 years experience thereafter in the relevant field.
Desirable: Diploma in Personnel/ Finance/ Marketing/ Purchase Management/ Public Relations and also working experience in S&T organization.

Age Limit: 21-27 Years
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 (PB-1) with Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
Commerce Graduate from a Recognized University.
Desirable:
Working knowledge of Tally. Candidates having experience of working in Commercial Organization will be preferred.
9. Junior Clerk
2 Posts (General: 1, OBC: 1)
Age Limit: 18-27 Years
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 (PB-1) with Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
Essential Qualification & Experience:
Matriculation OR equivalent with typewriting speed of 40 W.P.M. in English OR 30W.P.M in Hindi.
Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer Operation.
