Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) invites online applications for recruitment to the post of DGMs in Telecom Operations and DGMs in Telecom Finance.

Qualification:

Telecom Operation: TMS -1st class (60% marks or more) BE/ B. Tech. or equivalent Engineering Degree from recognized institution in Electrical, Electronics and Communications/ IT/ Computer/ Computer Sciences (5% relaxation in minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates).

Telecom Finance: CA/ICWA/CS.

Selection Procedure:

1. Written Test (Objective Type, Duration: 3 hours)

Part I (Questions: 150, Marks: 75)

Management Aptitude: Containing the subjects of General Management, Management Information System, Managerial Economics, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Operation Management, Telecom Knowledge, and Current events of national and international importance.

Part II (Questions: 150, Marks: 75)

1. Quantitative Aptitude and Data Sufficiency

2. Reasoning (Analytical, logical and Critical)

3. English (Reading And Analysis)

2. Interview

Application Fee:

Gen: Rs.1500

SC/ST/PH: Rs.750

Fee should be paid in the form of demand draft/ Pay Order drawn in favour of A.O. (Cash), BSNL, New Delhi payable at Delhi.
