BSNL JAO Result 2010

BSNL has released the result for JAO Exams held in March 2010 for BSNL JAO Recruitment 2010.
The result is available of the official website of the BSNL.
You would need you roll number and the date of birth to search the result.
Successful candidates should receive further communication regarding pre-appointment formalities etc. by the office of the respective Chief General Managers of the respective Circle to which they have been provisionally allocated. This would take about one month. In case no intimation is received within a month, they are advised to approach the respective BSNL Circle Offices.

I got thru in the BSNL JAO 2010 exam.
Can anybody tell me what are the pre appointment formalities which BSNL generally conducts in this regards ?
