BHEL needs Managers and Senior Engineers

BHEL invites application for the following posts:

Manager/Deputy Manager (Level E4/E3)

Educational Qualification:

Full time B.E./B.Tech. in Civil discipline with at least 60% marks in aggregate from an Institution recognized by AICTE (50% aggregate for SC/ST candidates).

Maximum Age (as on January 01, 2009):

Senior Engineer: 32 years

Deputy Manager: 36 years

Manager: 39 years

Minimum Experience:

Senior Engineer: 5 years

Deputy Manager: 9 years

Manager: 12 years

Reservation:

General: 9, SC: 2, ST: 1, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3

Minimum Work Experience of Civil Engineers:

The required work experience should be with a reputed organization engaged in:

either supervision of major civil works
or execution of major civil works
or both supervision and execution of major civil works

Pay scale and salary grades:

E2:Sr.Engineer: 13750-550-18300**

E3: Dy.Manager: 16000-640-20800**

E4: Manager: 17500 -700-22300**

**The pay scales are due for revision w.e.f 01.01.2007

In addition to pay and Industrial DA, incumbents will be eligible for other benefits such as HRA/company assisted accommodation, PF, Gratuity, Leave Travel Concession, Leave encashment, Medical facilities, Conveyance reimbursement, Plant Performance Payment, site benefits etc. admissible as per company rules.

Application Fee:

A crossed demand draft of Rs.250/- for General and OBC candidates in favour of "Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.", payable at NOIDA should be enclosed with the application form. No processing fee is applicable in case of SC/ST & Physically Challenged candidates.
