Applications are invited from Indian Citizens domicile of Andhra Pradesh for appointment as Office Assistant.

Office Assistant (Clerical Cadre)

Reservation:

UR-75, SC-24, ST-11, OBC-40 (Out of which PH-4, EXSM: 22)

Pay Scale:

Rs.4410-13210

Educational Qualification:

A degree from any recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent.

OR

A pass in Higher Secondary School examination of 10+2+3 pattern/ 11th standard of 11+3 pattern/ Pre-degree or intermediate or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ ST) marks in the aggregate.

OR

Diploma in Banking recognized by State or Central Government or Union Territory.

OR

Pass with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate in Matriculation/Senior school certificate (Old pattern) or equivalent.

AND

Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is essential.

Knowledge of English is preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates with Computer knowledge.

18-26 years [Relaxation as per rules]

Syllabus and Selection Procedure:

The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of written test and interview.

Part I (120 Minutes, 150 Questions, 150 Marks):

01. Reasoning Ability (50 Marks)

02. Numerical Ability (50 Marks)

03. Clerical Aptitude (50 Marks)

Part II (30 Minutes, 50 Questions, 50 Marks):

04. English Language

Note:

a) The marks obtained in first 03 papers will be reduced to 60% for the purpose of preparing merit list after the written examination.

b). The test of English language is only a qualifying exam.

Marks obtained in the written test will be reckoned for merit ranking.

    clerical recruitment examination on 19th April 2009 with roll number 14704875. I have answered 130-140 questions in Reasoning, Numerical, Clerical Aptitude and I am confident that I will achieve 125 to 130 marks from those sections. I have answered 35 to 40 questions in English and I am confident that I will achieve 22 to 27 marks in it. But I was not selected for Interview.
