Essential Qualification:

Masters Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (at least 2 years full time) equivalent to Degree in HR Management / Personnel Management/Industrial Relations or MBA (at least 2 years full time with HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management as main subjects) from AICTE approved Institutes/Universities with not less than 55% marks.5% marks relaxable for SC & ST.

Desirable:

Pass in examination from Labour Dept., Govt. of West Bengal / Bihar / Jharkhand for LWO qualifying tests as per Factories Act, 1948 Rule Section 49 as well as Mines Rules 1955 sub rule – 2 of rules 72. Note: .The selected candidates not possessing the desirable qualification as above need to acquire the same within probation period of one year failing which probation shall be extended up to two years.

EXPLANATION:

Master Degree/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma includes Masters in Labour & Social Welfare (LSW), Masters in Social Welfare (MSW), Human Resource Management (HRM), Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PMIR) of two years full time duration. 2. Possess full time Diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional Labour Institute /Institutions recognized under the Factory Act/Rules.

AND

3. Qualified at a viva-voce test conducted by the Labour Department of the State Government of Jharkhand or West Bengal, as the case may be.

4. Asst-cum-Jr. Translator (Hindi)

Essential Qualification:

BA (Hons) in Hindi. English as one of the compulsory elective subject at the Degree Level.

Desirable Experience:

A recognized Diploma / Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa OR two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central / State Govt. Offices including Govt. of India Undertakings.

Selection Process:

Candidates will have to undergo a Selection Test followed by Personal Interview of short listed candidates.
