Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) has announced a re-test for the Management Trainee Exam and the earlier exam will be considered canceled.

According to the Vizag Steel Plant Website:

On the basis of the feedback received from the candidates and other sources, it has been decided to conduct re-test for the post of Management Trainee (Technical) which was held on 28th June, 2009. All the candidates who appeared for the Written Test on 28th June, 2009 shall be issued fresh Admit Card that should be downloaded from the website www.vizagsteel.com from 19-8-2009 onwards.

Syllabus / Structure of the Test:

The information booklet describes the structure of the test that will be given in the written examination with all necessary information that may be required for filling up the SPECIAL OMR readable Answer Sheet during the examination.

Section I: Professional Knowledge Test (Engineering Discipline)

Questions: 100

Time: 60

Candidates have to choose one of these topics:

Ceramics, Chemical, Civil, Computer Sc. & IT, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical & Production, Metallurgy

Section II: General Aptitude Test

Questions: 100
