Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) invites application for the recruitment to the post of Social Security Assistant and Junior Engineer (Civil).

1. Social Security Assistant:
Number of Posts: 2382
Pay Scale: PB-1 (Rs.5200-20200)
Grade Pay: Rs.2400
Age Limit: 18-27 years [relaxation per rules]
Qualification:
(i) Degree from a recognised University or equivalent
(ii) Speed of atleast 5000 key per hour for Data Entry Work
Desirable: A Computer Training Certificate from a recognised institute
Selection Procedure / Syllabus for Social Security Assistant:
The Recruitment process will have two stages:
A. Written examination (multiple choice objective type)
1. English Language
2. Reasoning
3. Numerical Ability
4. Office Work Aptitude
B. Skill Test
To assess speed and accuracy for Data Entry Work. Minimum requirement is 5000 key depressions per hour.
2. Junior Engineer (Civil):
Number of Posts: 11
Pay Scale: PB-2 (Rs. 9300-34800)
Grade Pay: Rs. 4200
Age Limit: 18-27 years [relaxation per rules]
Qualification:
Diploma in Civil/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Desirable: Experience in Estimation, Drawing & Design will be preferred.
Selection Procedure / Syllabus for Junior Engineer (Civil):
The Recruitment process will have two stages:
A. Written examination (multiple choice objective type)
1. Professional Knowledge (Civil)
2. Reasoning
3. Quantitative Aptitude
4. English Language

Applications typed or handwritten either in English or Hindi on both sides of one foolscap size paper strictly in the format given with a recent passport size photograph, pasted thereon, bearing full signature of the candidate across the same with date, should be sent by ORDINARY POST. The envelope containing the application should bear the superscription "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF SOCIAL SECURITY ASSISTANT OR JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL)" MENTIONING CATEGORY VIZ "SC/ST/OBC/GEN etc" AND THE "CENTRE" CHOSEN FOR THE TEST.
