Under-graduate Programmes:

Eligibility: 10+2 Examination or equivalent with not less than 50% marks (students taking qualifying examination in March / April 2009 are also eligible to apply)

Age Limit: 20 Years as on 1st July 2009 (22 years for SC/ST/OBC)

Post-graduate Programmes (EXCEPT FOR NLU, JODHPUR)

Eligibility: 55% Marks in aggregate in LLB/B.L (50% for SC/ST OBC and persons with disability)

Procedure for obtaining of application form and Submission

Application will be issued from 12th January, 2009. Last date for sending the filled in application form along with the enclosures will be 10th April 2009.

Off-line:

1) Printed application forms along with the brochure will be available at the designated breaches of the Indian Bank and State Bank of India against the payment of Rs. 2500/- only (inclusive of test fee and bank charges). ( Rs. 2000/- SC/ST on proof).

2) Request for applications may be sent to the convener, CLAT, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad , with a demand draft for Rs. 2,500/- (Rs. 2000 for SC/ST) drawn in favour of the Convener, CLAT, and payable at Bangalore.

3) Applications can also be downloaded from www.clat.ac.in. The downloaded application along with the DD and other enclosures should be sent to the convener, CLAT at the address mentioned above.

On-line: For online submission of application, visit www.clat.ac.in. The completed and printed online CLAT 2009application form along with DD for Rs 25000 (Rs. 2,000/- for SC/ST) drawn in favour of Convener, CLAT and payable at NALSAR Hyderabad along with other enclosures should be sent to the Convener, CLAT at the above address. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
