Department of Rural Development and Panchayats, Government of Punjab invites applications for appointment of Teachers in primary schools in rural areas by the Zila parishads in punjab transferred to Zila Parishads by the department of education.

Application Form:

The details of vacancies, the application form and a copy of the rules can be obtained from the CEO Zila Parishads concerned on demand.

Merit List:

Category wise competitive merit list will be displayed on the notice boards of respective Zila Parishads.

Objections:

Objections if any can be filed by January 16, 2009 in person to the concerned Zila Parishad.

The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the notice boards on January 23, 2009. Counselling for allotment of Station will take place on January 24, 2009.

Appointment Letters:

Selected candidates can collect the Appointment letters from the respective Zila Parishads offices from January 29, 2009 onwards. Appointment Letters will not be sent by post.

Note:

The number of posts are tentative and can increase or decreased.
